Overview

The smallest and most boutique feeling string in the Domes bow, Novos Santorini is a stylish stepping stone for adult aesthetes into child-(chic)entric (see what we did there?) hotels. Feeling more like a ridiculously beautiful neighbourhood than traditional resort, a collection of 50 terracotta hued home-from-homes are sprinkled around volcanic-stone lined streets. Actively family friendly hotels are at a short supply on Santorini, where many proprietors proudly declare themselves anti-parent. Not your typical stay, in more ways that one, Novos Santorini eschews the traditional trends of domed-dwellings for a peppering of pink buildings purposefully designed to welcome guests of all ages. Unusually for boltholes on this bucket-list island, Novos Santorini boasts a spacious layout, with pockets of peace at every turn. Boujee bungalows are positioned to frame the famed sunsets whilst the mythology-worthy massages are the stuff of legend. Offering not just rooms & restaurants for Tiny Travellers, there’s also an eco-conscious, complimentary (!) Kids Club for those 4+. Speaking of convenience…Santorini’s most photogenic-spot, Oia, is an easy 20 minute stroll away, but if little legs turn lazy the hotel also runs a complimentary shuttle twice a day (see Mama Knows Best for the timetable)

    01

    Oia

Wander Oia’s boutique-laden alleys, admiring the archetypal Aegean architecture and snapping countless caldera shots. Make sure to include an ice cream stop at Lolitas Gelato before slinking back to the hotel

    02

    Katharos Beach

Widely regarded as one of the most beautiful beaches on the northwestern tip of the island, black-sand Katharos Beach shakes up your usual seaside setting. Largely untouched by tourists, this unspoiled spot scores high on breathtaking beauty, but you won’t find sunbeds or shade here

    03

    Finikia

One of the most tranquil villages on Santorini, Finikia flies more under the radar than neighbouring Oia. Largely car-free, little legs can safely roam the cobblestone streets, while parents awe at the cave houses, dinky church, resident donkeys and uninterrupted seascape
