Q. Who is Tiny Travelship?
A. We are Frankie & Becky and first and foremost, we are parents. Having both loved travelling our whole lives, we quickly found googling ‘family friendly holidays’ left us feeling underwhelmed and uninspired, as the results felt child centric as opposed to parent pleasing. With professional backgrounds spanning marketing, e-commerce, digital innovation and brand strategy, we founded Tiny Travelship to establish a community of like minded parents, to share and showcase property recommendations for family holidays without compromise. Q. How do you select your parent pleasing properties?
A. Some through lots and lots of research (we both have very long bucket lists!), others we have stayed at ourselves, or via recommendations from our discerning community of over 20,000 parents. Each of our featured homestays, hotels and holidays has been personally visited and verified by fellow families, so you know these are recommendations you can rely on, without compromise for either mamas or minis
Q. What makes your properties parent pleasing?
A. We know from talking to hundreds of parents that the perfect family holiday looks a little different for everyone. Some are simply seeking a cot, whilst others are searching for creches, kids clubs, separate sleeping spaces and more. Because of this, we don’t have a specific tick list to approve our properties as family friendly (though you can filter by facilities and amenities to make sure our recommendations fit your personal requirements). Instead, the two things all of our property partners have in common is that they offer tiny travellers a very, very warm welcome, and are jaw droppingly beautiful (the sort of places you would have been excited to go pre-baby – as we said, we are passionate that you shouldn’t have to compromise your travel tastes!)

Q. How do I list my parent pleasing property?
A. To start a conversation about listing your property, please send us an email at becky@tinytravelship.com. To feature on our Instagram or on tinytravelship.com, we must be able to talk to a family who has visited, to verify your homestay, hotel or holiday as a recommended family friendly destination. All featured properties are selected at our discretion
Q. Do you manage bookings?
A. We aren’t a booking platform, but a carefully curated collection of stylish family friendly homestays, hotels and holidays. This means we don’t place or manage any bookings, but instead, our ‘book now’ button will connect you with our property partners to place your booking directly
Q. Are your properties suitable for all ages?
A. Yes, the vast majority are, however there are a handful of properties which whilst warmly welcoming tiny travellers, aren’t suitable for all ages for example due to steep steps. By selecting your tiny travellers age in our search filters, you can make sure our recommendations are perfectly suited to your personal needs.
