How we share your Data: When signing up to Tiny Travelship membership services. your card details are shared directly with Stripe so that payment can be processed and made. Tinytravelship cannot view this information.

8. Description of Processing: We collect, process and share your personal data with Designer Travel, when you submit an enquiry to Tiny Travel Agency, so we are able to provide an end to end travel planning and booking service.

Legal Basis: We collect, process and share your data with a third party travel agencyDesigner Travel) for the purposes of making a travel booking, where requested by the individual

How we share your Data: When submitting an enquiry to Tiny Travel Agency. your personal data and any submitted holiday details are shared directly with Designer Travel so that a holiday quotation can be produced and subsequently sent to you via email or phone. Any data shared with Designer Travel is subject to their privacy policy.

How we share your personal data

Where necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Notice, we shall disclose your personal data to certain vendors and service providers, and, if legally required to do so, disclose your personal data to governmental and regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, courts and/or litigants when legally compelled to do so.

We share your personal data with our clients in relation to giveaways, where you have given your approval for us to do so. We may also share aggregated and anonymised information with our clients. However, this will not identify you individually.

International Transfers

When processing your personal data, we may transfer this to third parties based in other countries, to the extent necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Notice. Such transfers shall always be done in compliance with the relevant data protection laws.
