LUX* Le Morne is the dreamiest place I’ve ever stayed. We stayed in a Junior Suite on the ground floor with sea views and a lush private terrace. The staff went out of their way to welcome and engage with Evie - they remember her name and her favourite foods (cheesy pasta for the win). All in all it’s a pretty magical place
Reviews from other parents
I can't recommend this resort enough! It's the dreamiest tropical location you can image and the type of place you wake up pinching yourself each morning (even after visiting three times!). This resort definitely has more of a laid back island feel, yet it is still very luxurious, making it the perfect family friendly hotel for us. The staff really are amazing and make you feel so at home. They went out of their way to engage and interact with our son, Joshua, always bringing him his favourite treats throughout the day. We stayed in a Prestige Junior Suite, which is perfect for families and situated right on the beach

Nature takes centre stage here. The low slung buildings are surrounded by tropical greenery whilst the inside interiors are light and white - letting the unobstructed sunsets do the talking. It manages to be welcoming to both young families and honeymooners. The food at Lux le Morne was amazing. There are three restaurants - two a la carte and an incredible, ever-changing live-cooking buffet. There are highchairs and an entire baby food menu. You can pre-order savoury and sweet purees of your choice for each meal if you like, or, you can order a little custom meal for your tiny traveller. Even better, it’s all free of charge for under 5s. There isn’t a designated kids pool, but Evie was welcomed in all three of the hotel's beautiful pools. There is a kids club for over 3s and a handful of events put on each day for children. You can also book babysitters through the hotel for the evenings
