    Holly

Parent to Tiny Travellers aged 4

We stayed at Sandhole Cottages in The Hayloft for a week. Everything was perfect for us being a small family and a dog owner. We spent hours in the hot tub, went cycling on the Delamere way, explored Delamere forest, many national trusts and took a boat down the canal in Cheshire. We had the absolute best week and found it very relaxing and quiet. Everything we needed was provided, from kitchen equipment, to towels and blankets for the dog and board games to play. The owners were amazing and even took my little girl to meet their horses which she loved! We can’t wait to go back

    Worth waking the baby for

    01

    Delamare Forest

Whether you want to adventure into the woods on the Gruffalo Spotters Trail, scale the skies at Go Ape, or hit the waters with Wild Shore, there’s endless activities to keep all ages entertained in Cheshire’s ancient forest. If you get peckish you can stop for a bite to eat at the visitor centre or cafe

    02

Ice Cream Farm and Adventure Park

I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream! We guarantee this is the tastiest family trip you’ll ever take. With every flavour of fun under the sun, expect sand pits, water pools, mini golf, farm friends, trampolines, slides and of course plenty of frozen treats

    03

    Chester Zoo

You’ll find 500 different species at Chester Zoo, ranging from the Bornean orangutan to the Asian elephant. Aiming to be much more than just a home for a menagerie of animal friends, this conservation zoo is a not-for-profit charity on a mission to help save creatures around the world from extinction. A real feel good, do good, family fun day out
