Overview
Craving the nostalgia of childhood beach breaks, but with a little more parent pleasing polish? Allow us to introduce you to Three Mile Beach – the latest word in chic, coastal living. With a premium postcode on Gwithian Beach, guests come for the location but are blown away by the attention to detail. The interiors alone make the journey to Cornwall worth it; a colourful collision of locally crafted furniture with vibrant Mexican & Moroccan influences. Elevating your traditional bucket & spade stay to dizzying heights are the private decks – boasting a sunken cedar hot tub, barrel sauna and bbq. A food-focused gourmet-getaway, seasonal sharing plates are dished up at onsite restaurant Chomp, whilst pizza parties and private chefs can also be arranged. Going above and beyond the usual provided paraphernalia, baby packs here include toilet seats, nutribullets and sterilisers. Older kids can test their sea legs surfing, whilst smalls hone their sandcastle building skills. If you’re passionate about getting your kids off screens and want access to endless enjoyment for them (without having to resort to a ‘kiddie’ hotel), Three Mile Beach is for you

We stayed in Purple Rain which is a 4 bedroom house with wrap around terrace, hot tub, sauna and BBQ. It was amazing, with a California beach house meets Scandi minimalist decor. We literally didn't need to pack anything but clothes for the kiddos. The food onsite is divine, and all from local suppliers, which is a really nice touch
Reviews from other parents
The location of Three Mile Beach couldn't have been more beautiful - within 30 seconds of leaving your front door you are on the most stunning, wide expanse of golden sand (I've never seen a beach in the UK like it). The cherry on top was grabbing a boogie board from reception before sprinting into the sea! Our beach shack hit the perfect balance, acting as a very comfortable home from home (I can't think of anything it lacked) while also looking like something from an interiors magazine (without feeling intimidating). And oh my god, the welcome hamper! The giant chocolate were to die for. But my favourite memory has to be a glass of wine in the hot tub, under the stars, while the kids slept inside
