Overall vibe: Minding its own business on the far left of the resort, Sani Club feels the most like a standalone hotel, and one you definitely don’t need to leave, if you don’t want to. Privacy is prioritised here, and Sani Club is the only hotel to offer 1-2 bed suites with generous personal pools. Best suited to tiny travellers who have graduated from buggy-use, the hilly grounds aren’t ideal for pushing prams, and whilst the sprawling pool does have its own children’s area, there isn’t a dedicated splash park. Club may be set the furthest apart from the other hotels, but the recent addition in 2025 of a pram-friendly-promenade makes access to the other outposts easier then ever. It’s worth noting though that the terrain is quite hilly and can be challenging for little legs who refuse to walk by themselves 

Location: 

• Perched on a gentle hillside overlooking the sea, Sani Club feels really peaceful and tucked away from the busier parts of the resort. The elevated position means spectacular views, although there are more slopes to navigate. Resort buggies make getting around easy. Also within walking distance of the kids’ club, splash pad and the marina

Rooms:

•  Luxe rooms & private pool villas that are well spaced out and equipped with all you need for a holiday with little ones
• The low-stress set up is ideal for smalls

‘We stayed at Sani Club where the decor was exactly as we had imagined – sleek and contemporary vibes with a Grecian influence. Everything was white, blue and very tranquil. A luxury hotel it might be but the atmosphere was very welcoming from the moment you arrived (the glass of prosecco we were greeted with definitely helped!) ‘We did Sani in May and absolutely loved it! We stayed at Sani Club with our four-year-old, which I loved. I much preferred the chilled, slightly more grown-up feel of Sani Club. Our room had a huge balcony with a daybed. What really made it stand out for us was being able to use all of the different hotels, pools, beaches and restaurants.  At Sani, we genuinely felt like we were wandering down to the marina every evening, stopping somewhere different for a drink before dinner, rather than feeling confined to one resort. The heated pools were an absolute game changer, and the splash parks and playgrounds dotted around the resort were so much fun. Rarely do we think about returning to the same hotel – purely because there are so many places we still want to try – but we’ve already said we’ll come back. For us Sani Club was the perfect balance of everything and felt like the best value of the five resorts’ @ashleylouise30 

‘Our trip was just so relaxing. We went with friends and never thought with 3 kids under 5 it could be so relaxing. We stayed at Sani Club and the splash pool and beach were perfect. The main highlights for us were the free sunset cruise, White Party (with the children in tow) and live music every night. The setting, food (we only did Dine Around) were out of this world! Our favourite restaurants? We loved Cabana and Psaroyiannos. Can’t wait to return next year – it really does live up to the hype’ @katiepurchie

Overall vibe: For families with babies and toddlers, Porto Sani is the obvious choice. Meticulously tailored to parents, everything from the room layouts (large and with private gardens or balconies) to the location (central and home to more than its fair share of the resorts’ best restaurants) have been carefully considered. The who place is super pram-friendly, full range of Little Guest amenities as well as sloping lagoon-style pools, splash park and baby consulting service. There’s a huge Kids’ Club and creche, plus several lagoon-like pools and the much-coveted splash park. Right behind the marina, you won’t find beachfront rooms here, but the trademark sands are only a short stroll away. A recent renovation means everything is sparkling & new

Location:

• Located right beside the marina, Porto Sani puts restaurants, cafés and shops almost on your doorstep. The beach is only a short walk away, while the children’s facilities are conveniently nearby too

Rooms:

• Nestled next to the marina rooms here aren’t blessed with sea views, but they are spacious and well laid out with private gardens or balconies, plus all the baby kit you could possibly need

‘I chose Porto Sani after MUCH research into the best family hotel to take my 17 month-old daughter Zelda to. I can safely say I was not disappointed, it completely surpassed my expectations – which were pretty high! Alongside a Stokke crib and high quality linen, my room was kitted out with a tepee, sound machine, black out blinds and night light – my daughter has never slept better! Porto Sani has two great heated splash pools for children, plus an adults only pool for when tiny travellers are being expertly entertained. As well as the creche there’s a shaded stay and play, babysitters, nannies, and a beachfront babe watch service’ @alessiapasin

‘We went in May and stayed in Porto Sani in a one-bedroom garden apartment. It was a really easy stay. The kids splash pads were amazing, the buggies were good fun to get around. We used the crèche a few times (in particular to do the treetop adventure as our kids were too young which was great fun!!) and the crèche staff were lovely. The food was excellent – we had been able to book restaurants ahead of time which was v helpful as the kid-friendly dining times were booked up for the week otherwise. Things to know: book restaurants ahead as much as possible and do a bit of research (ie read Tiny Travelship!) before you go, because there were quite a few offerings I only discovered by chance, eg the trampoline (can’t be booked on the app) and the treetop experience. For evening, we really liked Cabana at Sani Club and Ammos (both with beach nearby so playing space available!). The food at Pines and Grill by the pool was also delicious and they were very welcoming with our kids’ @joannajb 

‘We stayed at Porto Sani in a one bedroom suite with gardens.  The decor was clean, minimalistic, fresh, neutral. We had a big lounge with doors onto a patio and garden and a large bedroom. All the kids bits you could need were provided. Cots, potties, changing mats, bouncers etc. It was fantastic. The staff were amazing with the kids too – talking to them, being on their level, engaging with them, just when we walked around. There was a buffet which was delicious and a few other restaurants at Porto Sani but we only tried Elia which was fantastic. There were amazing restaurants in the marina and in the other hotels too. Highlights were the easy airport transfers, the friendly and helpful staff, the beauty of the resort. I would absolutely recommend it – we have not stopped raving about it!’ Fiona Barnes

Overall vibe: Sani virgins tend to pop their cherry at Sani Beach. This bolthole for beginners is often the cheapest, making it a money-sensible choice for those wanting to dip their toes into the revered waters. With a lower budget does come some compromises, most notably around room size and styling – which doesn’t always pair with the level of luxury Sani has become synonymous with. The resort’s largest hotel, it’s ideal for activity-seeking kids who will be their element with the wealth of watersports on offer at this end of the beach. This is a great spot with slightly older kids due to proximity to Sani’s day camps, including Chelsea FCF Football Academy and Rafa Nadal Tennis Center. There’s loads of easy entertainment for school aged sprogs including a kids’ pool, splash park, huge playground and amazing Kids’ Club on your doorstep

• In the heart of the resort just a short walk from pretty much everything

Rooms:

• Don’t expect to be vowed by the rooms here. Previous parents have been disappointed in  sizes and lack of baths. It’s definitely a bit more basic than it’s neighbours but if you want a cost effective option with somewhere to lay your head close enough to all the action, then this is it

‘While Sani Beach may be the cheapest and most family-focused of the lot, it’s still impressive. My daughter Lila is 22 months old and absolutely adored her time at Sani, jumping in and out of the multiple pools and bopping away at the thrice-weekly kids disco. We stayed in a junior suite, and were pleased to find plenty of baby equipment in the room when we arrived. That being said, we were a little disappointed that the room didn’t feel more luxurious. And though it was a suite, there wasn’t any separation between the sleeping and seating area which, mindful of our baby’s sleeping patterns, we were hoping for. The bathroom was also very small, with no bath – a major downside. We went off-season, when it was slightly more affordable, and though it is expensive I do feel it’s worth it if you’re looking for a hassle-free holiday that your little ones will love’ @lucianabellini

‘We stayed in a family room; two double rooms with an interconnecting door, balcony and sea view. The rooms aren’t that spacious – I did feel for the money they were very small. There also wasn’t a bath in either of the bathrooms. We were full board and the food was great. The Dine Around programme was brilliant – allowing you to eat a set menu at a number of the resort’s restaurants. We thought the baby facilities were great – Sani Beach has a lovely kids pool that’s very shallow, perfect for toddlers, with lots of sun loungers scattered around – we spent most of our time there. The Kids Club was free with full board, but we did have to pay for the creche – the age groupings were a little frustrating for a mum of two, due the ages of my boys they had to be separated. They do morning and afternoon sessions, make sure to book well in advance to avoid disappointment’ @hollyshouse

‘The pools and beaches were all amazing, everything was so clean and well kept. The decor was so stylish and chic, so much so that you wouldn’t believe it is a hugely family friendly resort. The downsides? Even on full board basis there are lots of expensive extras and *everything* needs to be booked in advance or it is impossible to get the restaurants you want. All the above being said, in this new world of family travel, I can honestly say having the luxury of Sani Resort has made me fall in love with this different type of travel’ @coffeethentravel

Overall vibe: This place definitely has pre-baby boutique bolthole vibes. A former adults-only outpost, Sani Dunes still feels more geared toward grown ups. Whilst tiny travellers are now welcomed, peace & quiet is of utmost importance to the serenity-seeking guests. One to swerve if you have high-octane offspring, it’s ideal for those with older children, or the tiniest of tots whose meltdowns can be easily managed. The beachfront location here is second to none, with the sea-facing pool arguably one of Europe’s most beautiful! There isn’t a Kids’ Club onsite, so guests need to amble on over to Porto Sani if they want to check their sprogs in for a session. Older kids who only need sun, sand and swimming to keep them entertained will be fine here

Location: 

• Perfectly positioned between the marina and the beach, Sani Dunes offers the best of both worlds. It’s close enough to enjoy the resort’s buzz but still feels relaxed and spacious. It is, however, the least actively geared towards parents, with no Kids’ Club or splash pad onsite

Rooms:

• Rooms are exquisite to be found sprinkled around this showstopper, meaning water babies are never far from a dip

The most luxurious string in the Sani bow (and come on, that’s saying something!) Asterias is the golden child for an uber-luxe experience. Home to only 53 rooms, there’s the choice of 2-3 bed suites, where space & style go hand in hand. You won’t find a Kids’ Club here, so it’s best suited to newbie mum & dads who aren’t yet in the market for supervised childcare. Adjacent to the marina on its own private beach, Asterias is also home to the famous Over Water Restaurant, with a menu designed by 2 Michelin-starred chef, Stéphanie Le Quellec

Rooms:

• Sani Asterias is the most expensive in the line up and the rooms reflect that. Expect lavish beachfront suites that are both extremely comfortable and equally chic
