Enjoying low-key living has never felt more luxe than at Parco Ibiza, a collection of caravans, fincas, tented villas and cabanas, which feel more akin to an al-fresco boutique hotel than a muddy campsite. Striking the perfect balance between design, comfort and harmony with nature, expect boho beautiful interiors set amongst an oasis of palm trees and towering pines. Fringed parasols, double day beds, insta-worthy salads and seriously good sangria help elevate the experience even further. With a mission to encourage guests to think big and live tiny, your eco footprint might be small but what’s on offer certainly isn’t. With a pool, onsite restaurant dishing up tantalizing tapas and fresher-than-fresh juices, table tennis, football and badminton, Parco Ibiza is perfectly pitched for families looking for fun, facilities and fashionable décor – all whilst remaining kind of the purse strings

7Pines

Whilst Ibiza has no shortage of bucket-list worthy hotels, 7Pines is legendary on the White Isle for being one of the best. Combining the facilities of a large all-singing all-dancing resort with the charm and design of a quaint Spanish village, white washed suites are dotted around the cliff top, cocooned by conifers on one side and the azure ocean on the other. Parents are in for one pine stay at 7Pines (excuse the pun), where they can lean into the slower pace of island life and slip into a state of utter relaxation. Children are expertly entertained (and eco-educated) at Kio House – the hotel’s Kids Club with heart, passion, purpose and a focus on planet-friendly activities. The hotel’s focal feature is the cerulean infinity pool (adults only), but the serene spa is the real soul of the resort, where treatments are tailored to the individual for the ultimate parental pampering session. Children can splash around in their own pool, next to shaded loungers and a handily positioned food truck serving delicious cocktails

Atzaro Agroturismo Hotel

A masterclass in a luxury farmstay, Atzaro Agroturismo Hotel is a 300 year old finca perfectly primed for a spot of parental R&R. A cluster of cosy cabanas are dotted around hectares of sweet-smelling orange groves. The sprawling lawns are the ideal backdrop to walk overtired babies to sleep. The vibe here is rustic and rural, yet refined. The traditional decor features lots of comfy furniture, ideal for breastfeeding mamas, whilst the beckoning daybeds that line the pool beg for a signature Spanish siesta. The farm-to-fork restaurant attracts visitors from all over the island and the Balinese spa is famous world over. Whilst you won’t find a Kids Club here, tiny toes are welcome in the pool and the lily pond frequented by a family of friendly frogs is sure to delight little sprogs. Babysitters can also be arranged

Six Senses Ibiza 

Away from the party people, on the island’s sleepier northern side, is a soul nourishing destination for both mamas and minis. Prioritising health over hedonism, it’s a sanctuary for parents looking to rest (whether you’re snoozing on the beds or sun loungers, they’re criminally comfortable), relax (the internationally recognised spa is a destination in it’s own right) and refuel (the gastronomic menus are some of the best on the island). An elegantly earthy enclave, yes the interiors are to die (or to fly) for, but the real star of the show is the iconic infinity pool, overlooking the crystal clear waters of Xarraca Bay. Unlike many luxury hotels, tiny travellers are welcome to swim at any time. Moving onto the food – elevating the humble buffet, breakfast at The Farmer’s Market features a selection of market stalls to leisurely taste your way around, whilst HaSalon is famous for its Ibizan / Israeli mezze platters. There are children’s menus in all of the four restaurants, plus freshly made purees on offer. Whilst wellness is certainly the name of the game here, there is no need to be completely virtuous. Check your sprogs into the Kids Club (5+), or make use of the babysitting service, for a cocktail-fuelled lunch or dinner a deux. We promise you’ll decompress the minute you walk through the door (although we can’t guarantee your tiny travellers will get the no raving at 4am memo)

Nobu Hotel

It may come as a surprise, but there is a shortage of beachfront hotels in Ibiza – a large number of Balearic boltholes on the White Isle are built into the cliffside. Being steps from the sand is just one of the luxuries on offer to parents at the Nobu hotel. Starting with the food – expect iconic dishes of miso glazed black cod and yellowtail sashimi at the namesake Japanese-Peruvian restaurant, as well as long languorous Mediterranean lunches at the chiringuito Chambao. Decadent dining aside, as of course we’d expect nothing less, the renowned Kids Club (4+) is undoubtedly one of the island’s best – think DJ workshops, jewellery making and sushi sessions. Thanks to a dash of achingly cool childcare, a sprinkling of interconnecting rooms and the fact the airport is an easy, breezy 15 minutes drive away, this is a recipe for a family friendly stay all ages will enjoy

Hacienda Na Xamena

Suspended above sea level and occupying one of the most show-stealing spots on the island (which, trust us, is full of stiff competition), sits Hacienda Na Xamena – a family run hotel pairing the authentic spirit of Ibiza with faultless service. Nearly all of the 77 rooms and suites gaze out onto the majestic Mediterranean, many with private hot tubs or splash pools. The aptly named Eden restaurant serves up exquisite food, whilst complementary yoga classes, guided hikes and nature walks are all on offer. Tiny Travellers will love the Games Room, kitted out with foosball table, ping-pong, giant chess and toys. The jewel in the hotel’s crown has to be its Cascadas Suspendidas – a unique thalassotherapy experience whereby guests move through a series of cascading waterfall pools of varying temperatures and pressures

Grand Palladium Palace Resort

If there’s one type of holiday that’s come back in fashion post-kids it’s the all inclusive. Effortless eating is combined with a trouble-free transfer at Grand Palladium Palace Resort, a souped-up seaside stay a mere five minute ride from the airport. There’s not many places that allow for the toes-in-trainers to toes-in-the-sand transition quite as quickly as the Grand Palladium Palace Resort, but the location, location, location tick doesn’t stop there. Whether you get your thrills from culture and cocktails or beaches and birds, the hotel is only a hop, skip and jump from both Ibiza Town and Ses Salines Natural Park – the island’s most beautiful eco sanctuary. Whilst exploring is definitely made easy, the Grand Palladium Palace Resort is also the type of place to happily plonk yourself on a sunbed for a week (the ones submerged in the swimming pool are our personal fav). Parental lunchtime naps are made possible by the Kids Club (6 months +), whilst the evening mini discos and pirate themed splash pad continue the easy entertainment theme. The largest all inclusive on the island (joined by a bridge to its sister hotel), this is a big and bold base not for the boutique hearted, but the low-slung whitewashed buildings and boho-chic interiors keep this renaissance of the free-from-final-fee trend fresh for families

Montesol Experimental

If you’re not ready to turn in the towel on boutique boltholes, Montesol Experimental is the base to bed-down in for swoon-worthy style, fabulous food and staff who warmly welcome energetic offspring. Slap bang in the middle of Ibiza Town there’s a glug of restaurants and shops on the doorstep, and if you need a beachy fix, it’s walking distance to the port (offering 30 minute ferry trips to fantasy-esque Formentera), plus the Experimental Beach club is a 20 minute drive away. Achingly cool interiors are at the heart of this aesthetically superior affair – where a modern take on art deco involves a surplus of sorbet shades and fabulous fabrics. Whilst this isn’t a facility first hotel (you won’t find a Kids Club or pool here), the needs of parents are clearly well considered – with cots, highchairs and colouring in menus for tots provided

OKU Ibiza

A savvy choice for parents of newborns, tweens and teens, OKU Ibiza offers wellness wizardry and easy access to the best of this balearic island’s beaches. You won’t find a Kids Club here, so it’s not best suited to activity-needing sprogs, but the gorgeous family-friendly pool (the main one is adults-only) and excellent babysitters beckon postpartum parents. Local ingredients headline the menus at the four drinking and dining spots, where creative fusion cuisine is served. Bringing a slice of Japanese Zen to the White Isle, pampering is taken very seriously here – with a blend of high-tech and traditional treatments. With ultra-stylish interiors and Insta-aesthetic exteriors, OKU Ibiza is the kind of place you’d have loved to stay pre your mummy moniker, and thankfully, now you can hold onto that lifestyle for a little longer

Petunia Ibiza 

A little slice of Eden tucked away in a quiet corner of the island, Petunia Ibiza is home to a sprinkling of white washed casitas, three farm-to-fork restaurants and a stunning saltwater pool. A true boutique bolthole, there are only 11 rooms and 31 suites at this pintsized paradise – so you want to act fast to snag one of the Family Suites, sleeping 4 in two separate bedrooms. Definitely one for aesthetes to have on their radar, the eclectic interiors here brilliantly blend a 70s vibe with vivid pops of personality. The nearest beach is an easy 10 minute stroll away while a free shuttle runs to neighbouring coves

Can Lluc

Land on Can Lluc’s website and you’re greeted by the statement, ‘proud to be Ibiza’s most peaceful getaway’. A family-owned farmhouse turned boutique bolthole just 15 minutes outside of Ibiza town, this charming retreat should be a doctor’s order for parents in need of a go-slow getaway. Set amid seemingly endless fig, olive and carob trees, guests come for an idyllic slide of island life. A smattering of rooms and villas (sleeping 1 – 5) exude a relaxing rural charm – think traditional stone walls and picturesque patios, some of which come with private gardens and solo swim spots. Speaking of aquatic aesthetics, the modern-Moorish central pool really is a thing of beauty here, and surrounded by canopied double-day beds. Fresh, local-farm-to-fork fodder is served at breakfast, lunch and dinner from the intimate onsite restaurant. For families, babysitters can be arranged and children under 12 stay for free

Aguas de Ibiza

A slick spa resort in the glamorous Santa Eulalia, Aguas de Ibiza pledges to revive even the most sleep-starved mums and dads and ticks all our easy-breezy boxes. First up – location – the hotel is conveniently just a 15 minute walk from Santa Eulalia town, with golden sands on the doorstep. Next – childcare – the Kids Club is free to use for those 3+ (while Tiny Travellers any younger can stay & play with parental supervision), and includes storytelling, crafting, games and dress up. There’s a trio of pools, blessed with shimmering sea views, while the flower-filled gardens make for the perfect stroll to sleep. For grown ups, the top-notch food is a real drawcard, with the rooftop restaurant widely regarded as one of the best gastronomic experiences on the island!

Mondrian Ibiza 

Home to one of Ibiza’s largest Kids Club, little ones will want for nothing at the Mondrian. ‘Monikids’ welcomes guests 4+ and there’ll be no complaints about the gorgeous playroom, featuring its own rainbow-hued ball pit. Technically two sister hotels ‘Mondrian’ and ‘Hyde’, gastro-loving guests have free reign of restaurants across both resorts – with everything from sensational sushi to detox mocktails and fish-to-fork feasts on the menu. Another holiday high? Cala Llonga beach, to which the Mondrian calls home, lays claim to being one of the best of the island. Think: a swathe of golden sands and the trademark crystal clear waters you expect from this neck of the woods. A quadrant of swimming pools and spacious bedrooms complete the oh-so pretty picture

Combining family-friendly elements, beautiful interiors, a buzzing adults-only rooftop bar and pine-fringe postcode nestled between Santa Eulalia and Es Cana, ME Ibiza is an all-round people pleaser. Families will be pleased to hear the suites here are some of the most generously sized on the island, and many of them can be interconnected. The Kids Club welcomes tiny travellers 3+, while the white sandy beaches out front are prime bucket & spade territory. The onsite restaurants are well versed in wining & dining parents, with Mediterranean and Italian menus to wow your tastebuds. The vibe in general is low-key luxury, but should you want to tip your toe in Ibiza’s party scene, simply stroll next door to the Nikki Beach club
