There’s no denying that Sani offers the gold standard in gourmet getaways for foodie families seeking facilities and elegant excess. Rumbling stomachs are never seen here, with over 26 dining destinations to choose from. Make sure to book a babysitter for at least one night, as past lights-out-for-littles the party continues with DJs, acrobats, fire eaters and arena-grade tribute bands. Upping the ante on attention-grabbing daytime activities too, there’s a substantial aqua park – with flumes for all adrenaline appetites – and a comprehensive Kids Club for those 4+. Set on a secluded hillside, overlooking the twinkling turquoise waters of Mirabello Bay, Candia Park Village is the facility-rich retreat for parents in search of a go-slow getaway. Entertainment certainly isn’t in short supply at Grecotel LUXME Dama Dama in Rhodes. For mini explorers there’s mini discos and family movie nights, while all ages are sure to appreciate the folklore shows, dance performances and traditional live music. Also including gourmet experiences in the line up, grown ups shouldn’t miss wine tastings in the Wine Library or the cocktail masterclasses. During the day there’s a Kids Club (4+), duo of waterslides and a sandcastle-suitable beach to happily occupy offspring.
